It is my sincere desire to create a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment for you to
work on restoring loving, healthy relationships and positive communication. Life’s stressors are
complex and overwhelming. They can result in feelings of anxiety, depression,
marriage/relationship issues and concerns, trauma, loss and grief, unhealthy communication, and
unhealthy behavioral patterns. Fear, doubt, and uncertainty can develop into unhealthy coping
strategies, which further perpetuate negative patterns, inevitably making situations worse.
I have a collaborative approach and will compassionately guide and support you with identifying
issues and working towards your therapeutic goals. Every person and situation is uniquely
different. As we collaborate together, I will customize your specific treatment by using the most
helpful approaches and research-based strategies based off your needs and goals. There may be
times where humor, or speaking directly is necessary. I hope to empower you to rediscover your
personal well-being, and promote healthy healing and connection within meaningful
relationships.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Texas Women’s University and I am now
completing my graduate internship at National University with a Master of Arts in Marriage and
Family Therapy.

I offer a free initial phone consultation to help answer any questions you may have when
deciding what therapist would be the best fit. I can meet both in person and virtually. I am excited to support you along your journey.
