Intern

Adalia Bio pic_LPC.png

I am passionate about walking alongside individuals during seasons of healing, growth, and life transition, and my path into counseling has been shaped by a deep desire to help people feel seen, supported, and empowered. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Addiction and Recovery Counseling, and I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the past 15 years, I have worked and volunteered in mental health, nonprofit, and community-based settings, supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard and respected, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process grounded in authenticity and care. I am genuinely excited to be part of Become Anchored and feel honored to support clients as they build resilience, self-awareness, and lasting emotional wellness.
