I work with adults who appear capable, organized, and high-functioning on the outside, yet internally feel exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain whether the life they are living truly reflects who they are. Many people I work with struggle with self-criticism, perfectionism, and the ongoing pressure to perform—often while navigating life transitions, difficult relationships, or a sense that something feels misaligned.

Therapy with me is calm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I offer a space where your experiences are met with care and respect, not judgment or quick solutions. Together, we slow things down and make room for curiosity—gently exploring your thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a way that honors how your current patterns may have helped you cope or succeed in the past.

Our work is both reflective and practical. Rather than “fixing” you, therapy is about helping you better understand yourself so you can respond to life with greater clarity and self-compassion. As we explore the beliefs and narratives shaping your choices, you may begin to feel more grounded in your values, more confident in your decisions, and less driven by fear, comparison, or external expectations.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student completing my practicum through Adams State University, and I currently work under supervision at a private practice. I work with adults navigating self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, life transitions, and relational challenges. I am also open to exploring faith and spirituality as part of the therapeutic process when it is meaningful to you.

If you’re seeking a therapist who will meet you where you are, validate your experience, and support you in moving forward with intention and care, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
