Mission Statement

One of my favorite things to do when at the beach is to walk and explore. I have collected so many seashells from different beaches across the US. I haven't blogged yet and I figured today would be a great day to start so I want to share with you my mission statement. Much like collecting seashells I have taken and gathered experiences, ideas, and wisdom that has been shared with me, and formed what I know is what I want my practice to be . . .

A calm environment that is full of knowledge, life experience, open minds, full hearts, with a clear vision that welcomes all, embraces differences, that shares love and kindness and creates contagious peace.
