I am a clinical, interpersonal and transpersonal hypnotherapist, board-certified by the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists. I am also a certified Sexual Freedom Hypnosis® practitioner and Level 1 Intern in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®). 

 

I have expertise in the areas of women’s sexual intimacy, trauma, anxiousness, empowerment, relaxation, focus, concentration and weight loss. The majority of my clients are stressed by old negative beliefs, blocks and habits that do not serve their highest good. Often my clients have chronic health conditions or want to make lasting lifestyle changes in a safe, judgement-free space.

 

My personal experience with hypnosis has been woven throughout 30 years of study of complementary medicine, spirituality and healing. In graduate school, my test anxiety was paralyzing. After several hypnosis sessions I was saying words during my final board exam that I didn’t know I knew! It was my first lesson toward understanding that we have the answers we seek within us. When we can access information that resides in our subconscious mind, we can facilitate healing and resolution. 

 

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science in 1993 and my Master of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2003. My professional career over the last 30 years includes management consulting, corporate communications, and healthcare strategic development. I am also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Guild of Hypnotists.
