"The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationships." – Esther Perel.

I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2012.

In this program I studied systems theory which is the study of the connections between individuals and their world. This has provided me with a unique outlook on difficulties that arise in life and how to resolve them.

If you are finding yourself trapped in the same arguments and cycles with your parents, children, friends, or significant others; I want to help you break out of these patterns by teaching you how to recognize what they are, how they start, and how to communicate your needs in an effective manner. Sometimes the first step is getting to know ourselves better and learning new ways to communicate with the world around us.

I believe in a holistic approach to life. I like to look at the choices we are making in all areas of our lives; from what we eat, to where we spend our time, to how we spend our money, and more. These are the things that make up a life, and I believe it is beneficial to consider how we got to where we are and how we are going to move forward.

I have a particular interest in helping couples resolve their issues by identifying patterns and helping them voice their needs to build a stronger and deeper relationship.
